Billing
Microfax Secure Check bills all clients at the end of every month. Invoices are due within 30 days. Overdue invoices are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% monthly.

Order Cancellation
Microfax Secure Check will make every reasonable attempt to cancel your order. Microfax Secure Check sends research requests to its network of searchers several times per day. We will not be able to cancel your order if the research has been completed on your order.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act
The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires signed authorization by the applicant for all searches. No information can be provided to any persons or company without written authorization of the applicant. Microfax Secure Check will provide an Authorization and Release Agreement to be signed by your applicant.

US Code Title 15, Section 606
Upon written request from a consumer ( for whom an employer has requested a background check), Microfax Secure Check will provide full disclosure of the report via mail to the consumer.

State Laws, Taxes and Surcharges
All searches are subject to state laws and applicable taxes or surcharges. Some counties/state searches incur additional fees, including, but not limited to court access or state motor vehicle fees. Any additional charge or fees including, but not limited to, express mail charges and toll calls will be passed on to the client and itemized on invoice. Missing information may result in a delay and may incur additional charges.

Pricing
While reasonable attempts will be made to notify existing clients of prices changes, Microfax Secure Check reserves the right to change without notice.

Insurance
Microfax Secure Check carries full coverage errors and omissions insurance.

Privacy Statement:

Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.
